Bag On Valve |
This new technology is the environmentally-friendly solution to standard aerosol problems. |
Using compressed air to propel the contents, bag on valve technology is an ideal technology. | |

The bag on valve system consists of an aerosol valve connected to a welded bag. The product is placed inside the bag and the propellant (compressed air) is filled in the space between bag and can. The product is dispensed by the air simply squeezing the bag, thus pushing the contents out of the can.
Bag on valve systems provide complete product purity and integrity, the propellant is never in contact with the product.
Since the compressed air/nitrogen is outside the bag, chemical propellants are unecessary, providing environmentally-friendly dispensing.

A bag on valve cartridge is placed in the can |
The can is filled with compressed
air (or nitrogen) and the cartridge
is crimped onto the can to seal in
the propellant. |
The contents are pumped into the cartridge under pressure |
The contents expand the bag as it is filled |
When the bag is full the process is
